Below are all of our terms and conditions, if you are unsure of anything please feel free to contact us.

Definition

'In-house course' means a course run at a location and on a date agreed with the client. The client should provide a suitable room away from distraction to conduct the training. If the client requires an alternative venue, this should be arranged and paid for by the client and is not included in the course costs.

Prices

The prices quoted on the G Training Limited website are correct at time of publication. G Training Limited reserves the right to adjust prices at any time.

Mileage

G Training Limited reserves the right to apply mileage charges to the invoice depending on the location of the client. Any applicable mileage charges would be agreed at the initial consultation meeting and charged at a rate of 45 pence per mile from G Training Limited's registered office to the place of training.

Payment

A 25% deposit must be paid at time of booking. The full course balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the start of the training course, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the client. G Training Limited reserves the right to cancel the course if fees have not been paid in full.

Late Payment

G Training Limited reserves the right to charge interest on all outstanding amounts at the rate of 2.5% per month or part thereof from the date that payment was due to the date payment is made in full.

Cancellation of course by the client

All cancellations by the client of in-house training courses must be made at least 30 days prior to the start of the course. Cancellations received 14 – 29 days prior to the course will result in a loss of paid deposit. If the client cancels an in-house course within 14 days of the date of the course, G Training Limited reserves the right to charge the full course fee.

Changes to delegate details

There will be no charge if delegates are substituted or if delegates are added, providing the limit of 12 delegates per course is not exceeded. Please inform us of any changes prior to course date.

Cancellation of course by G Training Limited

G Training Limited is continuously reviewing and improving the courses offered and reserves the right to alter any course content without prior notice.

G Training Limited reserves the right to cancel a course at any time without liability. In these circumstances, the client will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

The copyright of any notes and course materials issued by G Training Limited as part of an in-house course will remain with G Training Limited and its associates. Any such materials must not be copied or shared in any form or by any means without prior written consent of G Training Limited.

Governing Law

Any booking made under these terms and conditions will be governed by English Law.
